The Records Bureau compiles and prepares reports and statistics for use by citizens and the police department. Some of the services provided by the Records Bureau include FOIA requests, precious metal transactions, gun permits, records checks, and sales of police and accident reports.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:00 pm,
Tuesdays till 6:00 pm
Accident Reports: Available four (4) business days after the accident.
Accident Report Cost at the Police Department: $10.00
Accident reports may also be purchased online: https://payments.clemis.org/extservices
Incident Reports: Incident reports can be purchased at the Records Bureau counter. Only the persons named in the report are allowed to purchase a copy. An incident report that is under investigation is not obtainable until the investigation is complete.
