The Walled Lake Police Marine Division patrols Walled Lake on weekends and holidays, from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

The Marine Patrol and Water Rescue Unit is charged with the responsibility of patrolling all of Walled Lake in the communities of Walled Lake and Novi.  When not staffed with a Marine Patrol Officer, Officers from Road Patrol will respond to calls for assistance and criminal complaints as needed.
